Black Mirror and Future

After watching the Black Mirror episode, it really makes you think that while we aren't really that advanced in technology just yet, but we essentially are like that right now. We don't really rate and scale people like they did in the movie, but we rate, and scale people based on looks in person while on social media depending on the number of likes, followers, and comments that you have might make you famous or well-liked and if you don't have these high numbers than you're not someone who is "important" or to be looked up to.

After reading "Daily Mail" where China is ranking their citizens based on their credit scores is really just like the episode of Black Mirror. These people are being ranked off their credit scores in which it's not easy for regular class citizens to even get good credit and as stated in the article "The Wired" then people are very scared and anxious around anyone when it comes to raising their credit score and trusting anything as anyone could be a so called "pianzi" as people had trusted this well-known credit card company that was an app. And then out of the blue one day their credit scores are being dropped and the government basically told people that anyone that didn't have an expectable type of credit would be more or less considered "no worthy" in a way just like how it was in the Black Mirror episode as people who dropped below a 3 wouldn't have even been able to get any sort of door access to places that they work. Then reading both the "Wired" and "Daily Mail" you can see that this is happening in China but it's based-on credit score as people are getting scores based out of 800 and people with "top scores" get VIP treatment in most places around the country even above normal treatment in airports and so on.
